"When I first presented my gift card email that said "redeem at any cycle gear store" (and I was assured by CG on the phone that this was the case) I was told it wouldn't be honored. Very annoying. When I expressed my frustration, the clerk was offended and refused further help until the store manager arrived. She straightened it out."

"I've been shopping at Cycle Gear for a couple of years now, mostly for riding gear. Split through the finger tips on a pair of gloves recently, and had a small tear appear in an adventure jacket. The folks at cycle gear refunded both purchases in full, without question, and when it turned out they didn't have any gift cards to place the balance on, they just put it back on my credit card. Great experience."
